2015年比利·乔尔在65岁时再次当爸爸，他的妻子亚历克西斯·罗德里克生下个女儿，到现在他们的女儿有5岁多了。乔尔还有个和前妻生的女儿，她是个歌手，叫阿蕾克萨·雷·乔尔。
