I come from Beijing, which is the capital city of our nation and the second-largest city by population. Beijing is considered to be the cultural and political centre of China and it has a long history. People there are friendly, food is delicious and transportation systems are powerful, making it a well-known international city.

My hometown is a big modern city with traditional Chinese culture. The environment isdecent and full of trees and plants, which can be seen everywhere. Countlesstouristattractions, including the Forbidden City, Tian’anmen Square, the Summer Palace, the Great Wall and numerous museums and restaurants are telling a story about the history and culture of our country.

Moreover, Beijing is also known for being one of the largest cities in the world and the capital city of the most populatednation.
