社會發展飛速,人們對自己的生活的標準也有所提高,尤其是在吃的上面,但是由於飲食而導致的許多疾病也不斷出現,高血脂可以說是非常突出的一個由飲食問題導致的疾病之一。長時間的吃油膩食物和宵夜,長期的不運動,和長時間的壓力較高的工作狀態,這都是導致高血脂的重要原因,那麼如果你有了高血脂,如何去管理自己的飲食呢?哪類食物是不能吃的呢?

1.高熱量的食物

長期吃熱量比較高的食物必然會發胖,肥胖也是導致高血脂的主要因素之一。因此,有長期進食過多高熱量食物習慣的人群應當適當減少碳水類食物的攝入量,保持一個相對標準的體重,但並不是完全不能吃此類食物,仍保持適量碳水化合物供應,畢竟每天機體消耗的主要能量是靠這類食物提供的。

2.膽固醇高的食物

對於高血脂的人來說,膽固醇含量高的食物攝入一定要低於常人,因為除了攝入的膽固醇,人體也可以自身合成,所以像動物的蛋黃、內臟、魚類的籽等,含有非常多的膽固醇,要儘量少吃。

3.脂肪含量高的食物

脂肪含量比較高的食物,也是高血脂人群應當較少進食的一類食物,特別是動物脂肪,如豬油、黃油,這些是可以促進膽固醇吸收和肝臟膽固醇合成,提高人體內的膽固醇水平的,進而出現動脈粥樣硬化及心腦血管問題。因此,患有高血脂的朋友應該控制高脂肪食物的攝入,特別是那些肥胖的朋友,更應該長期堅持低脂飲食。

4.糖類食物

太多的糖會在我們體內轉化為脂肪,導致肥胖,加重高脂肪,因此含糖類高的食物也要適當控制。

5.低纖維食物

對於血脂比較高的人,應當多食高纖維食物,而不是低纖維,因為高纖維食物可以對血脂的降低有積極作用。

儘管高血脂人群在飲食方面需要很多忌口,但是也不是說就完全不能吃這類食物,而是應當在飲食過程中多注意營養的均衡,保持一個標準的體型,即便是身體健康的人群,這類食物也應當適當攝取。

1. High calorie food
