Last Sunday they conceded a late goal to draw at home against Atalanta, but on the bright side, they have lost only 1 of the last 5 played so far this year, winning two of them. They have scored 4 of the 3 played on the road this season, and are unbeaten in 17 of the 20 played against Empoli in all competitions, never losing on the road and winning 1-4 back in 2016.
Empoli only has 4 points after 5 league games, losing 4 (including an embarrassing 0-3 defeat at the cup against Citadella) and not being able to score in 3 of them. They lost against Lazio 0-1 and should struggle here as well against AC Milan.
