05.17 or、either……or的區別

這兩個連詞主要表示一種選擇關係。

1. or:或者；

2. either:兩者之一，either...or...:或者......或者......,連接兩個相同的成分，當連接兩個並列主語時，謂語動詞的數與最近的主語一致。

Would you like to leave or would you like to stay ?

你想走呢，還是想留？

Do you go to school by bus or on foot ?

你上學是會公共汽車，還是走著去？

Are you coming or not?

你來還是不來？

Which do you brefer,white ,grey or brown ?

你喜歡哪種顏色，白色，灰色還是褐色？

Either he or I am right .

要麼他對，要麼我對。

Either he could not come or he did not want to .

他要麼是不能來要麼就是不想來。

Either he or I am to blame.

要麼他要麼我將受責備。
