Set along the south-eastern shoreline of Malaysia, One&Only Desaru Coast is the resort brand’s first Southeast Asian property, and it’s slated to open its doors on 23 March 2020. The hotel spans 128 acres, nestled between lush rainforests and the azure waters of Desaru. The resort also boasts a 1.5-kilometre secluded coastline with uninterrupted views of the South China Sea.

The entire compound was designed by award-winning Kerry Hill Architects . Drawing inspiration from Malay culture, One&Only Desaru Coast retains the authenticity of the destination’s architectural heritage. Kerry Hill Architects created a modern interpretation of the traditional Malay kampung, making the most of the stunning local landscape to create a feeling of verdant envelopment, as opposed to encroaching upon the shoreline with excessive building work.
One＆Only Desaru Coast度假村拥有42间小型套房，两个两居室豪华套房，以及一栋宽敞的四居室别墅套房One Villa。每个套房，无论是面向海洋还是热带雨林，都将拥有自己的私人小型游泳池，并在室内和室外均提供充足的空间。
The resort boasts 42 junior suites, two two-bedroom Grand Suites, and an expansive Villa One with four bedrooms across a two-storey villa. Each suite, whether facing the ocean or the rainforest, will have its own private plunge pool and feature an abundance of space both indoors and outdoors.
