想成為一個優秀的英語學習者，閱讀這一塊怎麼能落下？無論你聽了多少學習建議，看了多少知乎上大拿推送的學習方法，不去落實不去輸入（language input）是不可能學好語言的。跟咱們學母語一樣，想要語文好，讀書不能少。今天Ginger就dystopia 反烏托邦這一流派給大家進行書籍推薦。
I. 為什麼推薦反烏托邦這一流派呢？
"We're Saturated With Dystopia"
反烏托邦的作品隨處可見，儘管有的小夥伴對這個流派和概念並不熟悉，但對以下的反烏托邦影視作品卻肯定並不陌生。
《使女的故事》
《V字仇殺隊》
《黑鏡》
《黑客帝國》
《發條橙》
《瘋狂的麥克斯》
《銀翼殺手》
…戰爭、集權社會、思想控制、世界末日、科技氾濫成災是這些作品共同的主題。儘管影視作品中描繪的殘酷世界看似遙遠，但並非不可能發生在現實，那麼如何規避這些問題呢？我們在觀看這些作品的同時，隨著主人公跌宕起伏的遭遇揪心的同時，也會反思我們的社會，肯定自由的思想和反叛的精神。

1. 《The Lottery》
推薦理由：短篇故事，結尾意料之外又情理之中，值得二刷三刷。
The morning of June 27th was clear and sunny, with the fresh warmth of a full-summer day; the flowers were blossoming profusely and the grass was richly green. The people of the village began to gather in the square, between the post office and the bank, around ten o’clock; in some towns there were so many people that the lottery took two days and had to be started on June 26th, but in this village, where there were only about three hundred people, the whole lottery took less than two hours, so it could begin at ten o’clock in the morning and still be through in time to allow the villagers to get home for noon dinner.
2. 《The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas》
推薦理由：短篇故事，宗教含義scapegoat（替罪羊），可讀性高。
At times one of the adolescent girls or boys who go to see the child does not go home to weep or rage, does not, in fact, go home at all. Sometimes also a man or woman much older falls silent for a day or two, and then leaves home. These people go out into the street, and walk down the street alone. They keep walking, and walk straight out of the city of Omelas, through the beautiful gates. They keep walking across the farmlands of Omelas. Each one goes alone, youth or girl man or woman. Night falls; the traveler must pass down village streets, between the houses with yellow-lit windows, and on out into the darkness of the fields. Each alone, they go west or north, towards the mountains. They go on. They leave Omelas, they walk ahead into the darkness, and they do not come back. The place they go towards is a place even less imaginable to most of us than the city of happiness. I cannot describe it at all. It is possible that it does not exist. But they seem to know where they are going, the ones who walk away from Omelas.
3. 《The Lord of Flies》
推薦理由：國外青少年必讀書目之一。詞彙難度中等，故事情節豐富。
“Maybe there is a beast… maybe it's only us.”
“What are we? Humans? Or animals? Or savages?”
“We've got to have rules and obey them. After all, we're not savages. We're English, and the English are best at everything.”
“The world, that understandable and lawful world, was slipping away.”
“They looked at each other, baffled, in love and hate.”
其他建議：電影《大逃生》和該小說有很多相似的地方，可以搭配觀看，加深自己的理解。
I. 如何做文學作品的精讀？
1 Read the story: 第一遍不查字典，通讀全文或者全書。把其中多次出現但自己始終無法通過上下語境猜測出詞義的單詞進行標記。
2 Study the unknown words: 注意在查詞時不要脫離語境。先確定該詞在文中的詞性，以及有沒有搭配。
比如：People feel sorry for him, because he had no children and his wife was a scold.
Scold:
v. If you scold someone, you speak angrily to them because they have done something wrong.
n. a person, esp a woman, who constantly finds fault.
文中是名詞，因此scold此處的意思是第二條，a woman who always finds faults.
3 Paraphrase: 用自己的話總結全文，包括情節概要和人物關係（適當時可以畫思維導圖）
4 Do research: 上網，可以通過wiki百科查相關材料，對比修改自己的故事概要，用更精確的詞來表達。適當的時候，可以藉助母語。

5 Re-read: 第二遍進行閱讀，細節是重點。可以積累自己喜歡的段落，闡述自己喜歡它的理由等。（相信我，在文學課上這個是必答問題）
