今天有個粉絲問我，be of some help中的be of怎麼理解，其實這是一個句型的一部分。
這個句型be of 後常接value, importance, use, help, significance, interest, benefit 等一些抽象詞；它用來說明句子主語所具有的作用、重要性或意義 ；在這類抽象名詞前我們還可用一些形詞，如: great, little, some, any, no, not much，equal等來修飾抽象名詞，用以說明程度。如:
1、They are of great help to learners of English.
= They're very helpful to leaders of English
他們對英語學習者有很大幫助。
2、The book will be of no value to students of history.
=The book will not be valuable to the students of history
這本書對學歷史的學生不會有用3 You are both of equal importance to me
= You are both equally important to me
你們兩人對於我來說一樣重要。
