Google 上一款平板，是2015 年推出的 Pixel C
雖然已經久未有新產品，但 Google 在平板方面似乎沒有放棄。
因為除了 Pixel ，Google 還準備推出一款全新的 Chrome OS 平板 ： Google Pixel Slate，新平板將搭載 Core i7 及 16GB Ram ，更將支持雙系統 Dual Boot，除了 Google 自家 Chrome OS 之外，還內置 Win10 系統，配以專用的鍵盤保護套，大有機會挑戰 iPad Pro 及 Surface Go 在市場上的地位。
