Helen Keller lived in the U.S.A. She was a great woman.
海倫.凱勒生活在美國，她是個偉大的女性。
When Helen was a baby,she got very sick.
當海倫還是個嬰兒的時候，她患了重病。
After many weeks,the doctor said,
幾個星期之後，醫生說:
"She is better,but now she can't see and she can't hear."
"她現在好多了，但是她看不見，也聽不見了。"
Her mother and father were very sad.
她的父母很傷心。
After a few years, things got worse.
幾年以後，情況變得更糟了。
There was no way for Helen to speak to other people. She heard nothing.
海倫沒有辦法同其他人交談，她什麼也聽不見。
She saw nothing.She didn't understand anything.
什麼也看不見，什麼也不明白。
Then one day a teacher came to live with Helen and her family.
後來，有一天一位老師和海倫及其一家住在一起。
The teacher helped Helen learn about words.
老師幫助海倫學習單詞。
Helen was a bright child and soon she learned to spell her first word.
海倫是個聰明的孩子，她很快就學會了拼寫第一個單詞。
When she was older, she went to college.
當她長大以後，她上了大學。
Helen was very famous.She helped many blind and deaf people.
海倫名氣相當大，她幫助了許多盲人，聾人。
She traveled around the world and helped many people.
她周遊世界，幫助了許多人。
Helen was a very old woman when she died.
海倫去世時年齡很大。
The world remembers her today as a brave and wonderful person
今天全世界記得海倫是位勇敢而了不起的人。
She was blind and deaf,but she found a way to see and hear.
雖然她雙目失明又耳朵失聰，但她卻找到了看和聽的方式。
