“誇張”的形容詞就是“exaggerated” ，“That’s a bit exaggerated.”這種表達非常正式，適合書面表達及偏正式的場合。

你知道嗎？我昨天買這件襯衫花了一萬元人民幣！
B: I think that’s a bit exaggerated. More like 10RMB.

這有點太多了。
“That's a bit much”多用於某種數量超過一定正常的量，東西或事情過多而顯得誇張。

A: For my boyfriend’s birthday, I bought him a cake, a laptop, a new iPhone and a shirt.
為了我男朋友的生日，我買給他一個蛋糕，一臺新的筆記本電腦，新的蘋果手機和一件襯衫。
B: Wow, that’s a bit much.
哇噻，這也太多了吧。（太誇張了。）

That’s a bit over the top.
這有點過頭了。
OTT＝over the top
over 在..之上，the top最高點，連起來是超過了最高點。理解起來這個固定搭配就是表示太過分，太誇大的意思。外國人在社交聊天中經常輸入的OOT也就是在表達：你太誇張了！

A: Last week my boyfriend broke up with me, and I haven’t eaten or slept or stopped crying ever since.
上一週我和我的男朋友分手了，然後我不想吃，不想睡，不停地哭。
B:That’s a bit over the top.
這有點過了。

That’s a bit out there.
這有點奇怪。
“That's a bit out there.”指某個地方或某個人的行為習慣等對於你而言完全不能適應，甚至不理解，以至於你覺得對方是過於誇張的。
✨［例］：
A: Did you know in China they eat chicken’s feet?
你知道嗎？在中國他們吃雞的腳。
B: That’s a bit out there!
好誇張！

That’s insane!
不同於上面的四種表達，“That's insane.”一般是遇到或聽到一件非常棒的事情，而覺得"太好了；太誇張了"。
✨［例］：
A: I’ve got two tickets for Jay Chou’s concert here.
我得到了兩張周杰倫的門票。
B: Wow, that’s insane!
哇，太好了！

That’s outrageous.
這真的是不可思議。
outrageous

adi. 反常的；令人驚訝的
“That’s outrageous.”常形容一些違背常規到行為，而讓人覺得反常和誇張到不可思議，難以置信。
✨［例］：
A: Look! My parents got me a really expensive watch for my birthday.
看！我父母給了我一個非常貴的手錶當作生日禮物。
B: Wow, that’s outrageous!
哇，太不可思議了！（好誇張）
