William Mulligan
1997年获都柏林大学学士学位
1998年获剑桥大学硕士学位
2001年获剑桥大学博士学位
2004-2008年在格拉斯哥历史和苏格兰战争研究中心工作
2009年起在都柏林大学历史学院工作，现任副教授
主要研究领域为19世纪晚期至20世纪初的国际政治，尤其是有关第一次世界大战的起源问题。
