This is technically improbable. Canada 4G network is built by Huewei. 5G is a addon to 4G. You cant rip out 4G network just to accommodate the US. .Same is true for Telus I believe and Rogers. BTW, I am a telecom engineer.

Even if warranted, this is a dangerous escalation of trade barriers that will result in China no longer buying US products. They won't do it by law, but by telling their citizens to avoid US products. A lot of US products are sold in China.
