青春不是朱唇紅顏，不是靈活的關節，也不是十八歲，而是豐富的想象，飽滿的激情，也是盪漾在生命甘泉中的一絲清涼，無論你二八芳齡，亦或是年屆花甲，只要你有戰勝怯弱的勇氣，有敢於冒險的精神，不好逸惡勞，你便擁有了青春。許多六十歲的人反而比二十歲的人更具青春風采魅力，年歲雖增，但並不衰老，衰老的成因，是放棄了對理想的追求。活著，就不應該有一個十八的年齡，附帶著六十歲的心。
