Hertha Berlin lost for the first time this season away to Werder Bremen, and fell to the third spot in the table, behind them and Bayern Munchen, 2 of the 3 unbeaten teams this year.
They are however performing great, winning 3 of the 5 played so far, and until last Tuesday, they won 8 of the last 9 games played including pre season friendlies. They have won the last 5 at home back to back, and in the Bundesliga they have scored 5 in front of their supporters in 2 games.
Bayern Munchen failed to win for the first time this season, drawing 1-1 against Augsburg after taking the 3 points in the previous 6 matches, winning also the Super Cup against Eintracht Frankfurt. However, they don’t have a great record against Hertha Berlin and with another game played on Tuesday (against Ajax on the UCL) they could struggle here. Hertha Berlin is unbeaten in the last 3 games played against Bayern, drawing all 3 of them, and overall, they haven’t lost in 20 of the 32 ever played in Berlin, so a draw is in the cards, but they shouldn’t lose by more than one goal.
