市郊有一座很大設施高檔的精神病院，院裡有一群精神病人，上到孤寡老人，下到年幼婦孺。他們或是百萬富豪，或是佳人才子，都因經歷了不為人知的原因最後被送往此處。
住在家裡的人都很有錢，所以盼著住在院裡的人能早日康復。
院長壓力也很大，這個月才出院了2位病人，眼看這個月的獎金要泡湯了。
這日風和日麗，大家都在院裡曬太陽，院長想出道題考考他的病人，看看有誰好轉了些就能勉強交任務了。他事先在那堵斑駁的牆上畫上一扇門，對，栩栩如生的那種。然後轉身對病人們說：“大家快來啊，誰先出了這道門我就給他一個好東西，並且可以住上帶浴缸的房間。”
話音才落，眾人爭先恐後去開門想要出去。但無一成功，院長搖搖頭，嘆了口氣準備走開。這是才注意到旁邊一位小夥子面帶微笑的看著那一群人，雙手插在口袋裡，無動於衷。
院長大喜，忙問為何不去開門啊？
只見小夥子面改嚴肅，悄悄對院長說：“他們是一群傻子，門是打不開的”。說著要從口袋裡拿出什麼東西。院長卻拉著他辦了出院手續。出院時小夥子高興的和家裡人上車，從車窗裡扔給院長一個東西嘿嘿一笑說：“給那個門的鑰匙。”
車走了，留下一臉尷尬的院長在那裡跺腳。

The words just fall, everyone fall over each other to open the door to want to go out.But to no avail, the dean shook his head and sighed, ready to go away.Only then did he noticed that a young man nearby was smiling at the group, hands in his pockets, unmoved.
The dean was so pleased that he asked why he didn't open the door.
The young man turned serious and whispered to the dean, "they are a bunch of fools. They can't open the door."He said he would take something out of his pocket.But the director took him to do the discharge procedures.When discharged from hospital, the young man happily got on the bus with his family, threw a thing to the dean from the window and said with a smile: "here is the key to that door."
The car left, leaving a look of embarrassment in the dean stomped there.
