鈞窯，即鈞臺窯，是在柴窯和魯山花瓷的風格基礎上綜合而成的一種獨特風格，受道家思想深刻影響，在宋徽宗時期達到高峰，其工藝技術發揮到極致。無論是呈色和各種紋理的表現，做到窯變可控隨心所欲的表現技術，至今無人能仿造。
Jun Kiln, or Jun Tai Kiln, is a unique style based on the styles of Chai Kiln and Lushan Flower Porcelain. It was deeply influenced by Taoism and reached its peak in the Song Huizong period, and its technology was brought into full play. 所謂“窯變”，主要是指瓷器在燒製過程中，由於窯內溫度發生變化導致其表面釉色發生的不確定性自然變化。古人對窯變的定義，相對來說，更加寬泛，甚至將瓷器器型的變化也包括在內。
The so-called " kiln change" mainly refers to the natural change of the uncertainty of glaze color on the surface of porcelain due to the temperature change in the kiln during firing. The ancient definition of kiln change was relatively broader, even including the change of porcelain ware type.
鈞瓷釉採用氧化銅為著色劑，在還原氣氛中燒成銅紅釉。這樣，燒出的釉色青中帶紅、如藍天中的晚霞。鈞窯釉色大體上分藍、紅兩類、具體的可呈現月白、天青、天藍、蔥翠青、玫瑰紫、海棠紅、胭脂紅、茄色紫、丁香紫、火焰紅等。其中，藍色也不同於一般的青瓷，是各種濃淡不一的藍色乳光釉。藍色較淡的稱天青，較深的稱為天藍，比天青更淡的稱為月白，都具有瑩光一般幽雅的藍色光澤。

The lighter blue is called sky blue, the deeper blue is called sky blue, and the lighter blue is called moon white, all of which have an elegant blue luster.
