4、I suggest you register with the medical department. 我建議你掛內科。
情況2：掛號中病人常用的表達方式有：
1、Which department should I register with ? 我應該掛什麼科？
2、Excuse me. I want to register with the medical department. 勞駕，我想掛內科.
3、How much is the registration fee? 掛號費是多少？
4、Where is the medical department？內科在哪裡？
第2模塊：問診
情況1：問診中醫生常用的表達方式有：
1. What’s wrong with you?
What’s the matter with you?
What’s the trouble with you?
你怎麼啦?
2. Have you had this problem before? 以前有過這種情況嗎？
3. How long have you been like this? 你這樣多久了？
4. Take your temperature. 量一下體溫。
5. Open your mouth and say “ah...”. 張開嘴巴說“啊...”
6. Let me feel your pulse. 讓我給你把把脈.
7. Let me examine you.讓我給你檢查一下.
8. Have you taken any medicine for it? 你服用過什麼藥嗎？
9. How are you feeling now？現在感覺怎樣？
情況2：問診中病人常用的表達方式有：
1. This is my registration card. 這是我的就診卡。
2. I have a headache. 我頭痛。
3. I have a toothache. 我牙痛。
4. I have a cough. 我咳嗽。
5. I have a cold. 我感冒了。
6. I have a fever. 我發燒了。
7. I have the runs. 我拉肚子。
8. I have a sore throat. 我喉嚨痛。
9. I feel sick/dizzy/cold. 我感覺噁心/頭暈/全身發冷。
10. Is it serious? 很嚴重嗎？
