The other eateries and small snack shops here attract quite a lot of foodies seeking for local snacks like the Baked Egg Pancakes, chicken's feet, Fried Rice Balls, tender tofu and Ice Jelly.

明堂外靠近老樹的大玻璃房是NU Café（紐咖啡），其特色之一是自助，即除了點單、做成品以外一切的工序都由顧客自助完成，不管是倒水端盤子還是加冰塊，自己隨意DIY；第二個特色是其美式咖啡無限續杯，甚至可以包月。咖啡廳的戶外區域在秋天時節會被銀杏的落葉變成一個金色的世界，在難得的暖陽下手捧一杯熱乎的咖啡，和好友在此相談歡聚豈不快哉。
