【問題】What is your greatest weakness?
【老王說】導師問這樣的問題，目的是想要看看你對自己的瞭解，從而通過你的回答以及你對其他一系列問題的回答，來判斷你這個學生是否具備讀研的潛質。所以同學們在選擇自己的缺點時，應該選擇一些無關緊要的缺點，不會讓考官覺得面前的這位同學無藥可救，不適合做科研。
【回答思路】是什麼--舉例證明--正在努力改正--總結
首先，同學們開門見山，先告訴考官自己的最大缺點是什麼。（坦誠一點，每個人都有缺點，沒事的）
然後，再舉一個例子說明自己的這個缺點，即:example。（說個簡單的例子即可，選自己會說的）
我們認識到了自己的缺點，但我們是個知錯就改的人，我們在不斷進步，努力成為更好的自己。所以同學們還應向老官說明自己已經在採取措施改正這類缺點了，並取得了一些進步。

As a matter of fact, everyone possesses some weaknesses. Well, I think my weakness is that I am easy to forget things, especially when I am busy with study or job.(定位)
A case in point is my friends and I usually make appointments to get together on a certain day. But when it comes, I often forget it completely and am concentrating on other things. Then they will call me and say: "hey, where are you? Are you coming soon?" Every time it is always a big surprise to me and I will be punished through a variety of ways by them. (舉例)
