1、多吃甘溫補氣的食物

如粳米、糯米、小米等穀物都有養胃氣的功效。山藥、蓮子、黃豆、薏苡仁、胡蘿蔔、香菇、雞肉、牛肉等食物也有補氣、健脾胃的功效。人參、黨參、黃民,白扁豆等中藥也具有補氣的功效,用這些中藥和具有補氣的食物做成藥膳,常吃可以促使身體腎氣的生長。


2、最好少吃或不吃的食物

最好不吃山楂、佛手柑、檳榔、大蒜、紫藍,卜纓、香菜、大頭菜、胡椒、華校、紫蘇葉、薄街、荷葉;不吃或少吃養麥,柚子、柑、金橘、金情餅、橙子、荸薺、生蘿蔔、芥菜、君達菜、砂仁、菊花。


3、中年較易出現腎虛症狀的人群,注意事項

平時可常吃大棗、南瓜,多喝一些山藥粥、魚湯等補氣的食物,注意攝人各種優質蛋白質,這對補腎氣都大有好處。

這個問題問的就很有問題。首先,你得明確你的腎功能是否正常,如果是正常的,只是想單純的養腎,飲食方面少吃性涼辛辣食物,作息上早睡早起,一般不用刻意去養腎。其次,如果你是腎功能不好,那不好到什麼程度?如果只是腎功能下降,吃一些動物內臟,枸杞、黑芝麻、黑豆等等,同時飲食上控制水分、鹽分、蛋白質的攝入,生活上和作息時規律起來,一般可以改善恢復。但如果是腎功能損傷特別嚴重,甚至已經出現腎衰竭、尿毒症了,這可能要透析或腎臟移植,就不是簡單吃點什麼就可以養好的。如果是這樣,建議及時去醫院找專業醫生治療吧。

對於腎而言,根據五行學說黑色食品屬於腎 ,生活中可以吃一些像黑豆,黑芝麻,黑枸杞等食品。

再者腎屬水,五行中金生水,通過補母壯子也是不錯的。像一些白色食品。

還有脾胃是後天之本,也可通過後天培補先天。

因此,從飲食角度講,越自然的食品,只要合理搭配就可以了,不必過於苛刻。五穀雜糧都吃點最好。

“養好腎”不在於吃什麼,而在於不吃什麼。從吃什麼上講,你只要吃得營養健康就夠了,不用專門吃什麼食物或藥物。相反,你一定要注意不要亂吃東西,尤其不要亂吃草藥。人體內的廢物,一靠肝的代謝,二靠腎的排洩。人體正常的代謝廢物是這樣,額外吃進去的各種稀奇古怪,甚至有毒有害的物質也大多要依靠肝和腎。植物通常含有各種各樣的次級代謝產物,主要是為了防蟲子的,其中很多對人體也有害。人類馴化的莊稼因為長期的選育,這些有害物質已經很少了,但野生植物就很多了。各種草藥吃下去,那些物質都要靠肝腎來處理,輕則加重肝腎負擔,重則導致肝腎損傷,甚至肝衰腎衰。
