有一天你會不喜歡現在的自己,開始嘗試改變,然而卻沒有能夠一直堅持走做下去。我們越來越討厭這種狀態,所以決心要做出改變。然而一切優秀和成功的基礎,是要有堅強的意志,頑強拼搏的精神。同時也要養成一系列的好習慣,比如早睡早起,讀書思考,計劃總結,健身跑步。
One day you won't like who you are and start trying to change, but you won't be able to keep doing it. We hate this state of affairs more and more, so we are determined to make a change. However, the foundation of all excellence and success, is to have a strong will, tenacious fighting spirit and also develop a list of good habits, such as going to bed early and getting up early, reading and thinking, planning and summarizing, fitness and running.
那麼,如何才能做到人生自律呢?
But how can we become a disciplined person?
一、觀察自己。很多時候,我們處在這個世間,大部分都在觀察周圍的一切。我們好像新生兒,對這個新的世界充滿了好奇。想要看很多美景,想要遇到很多有趣的靈魂,但我們往往容易在紛繁複雜的世界迷失了自己。做一個自律的人,養成高尚人生品格。觀察自己,必不可少。懂得自己的所思所想,懂得自己內心不合理的想法和慾望。
Firstly.Observe yourself. Most of the time, we are in this world, observing everything around us. We are like newborn babies, full of curiosity about this new world. We want to see a lot of beautiful scenery and want to meet a lot of interesting souls, but we tend to get lost in this complicated world. To be a self-disciplined person, one needs to develop a noble life character. It is necessary to observe yourself,know what you think and know what your irrational thoughts and desires are.
自律不僅僅要求自己去做很多困難的事,還能克服自己內心很多負面的慾望。高度極致的自律,成就完全自由的人生。你有多自律,人生就有多美好,就有多自由。
Self-discipline not only requires you to do a lot of difficult things, but also requires to overcome many of your own negative desires. High levels of self-discipline lead to a completely free life. The more self-discipline you have, the better your life will be and the more freedom you will have.
二、保持健康。身體是一切的開始,平時就要學會養成健康的生活習慣,其中最重要的一點是,每天堅持吃健康早餐,也許時間有時很緊張,但不能給虧待自己身體找理由。飲食口味偏清淡,這樣對健康也是十分有益的,管住內心的慾望,合理健康飲食,自律也要體現在飲食上。
Secondly .Keep fit.The body is the beginning of everything, at ordinary times we should learn to develop healthy living habits, and one of the most important points is to insist on eating a healthy breakfast every day. Perhaps the time is sometimes very tight, but we can't find reasons to mistreat our bodies . Diet taste light, which is also very beneficial to health.We do control the inner desire and have a reasonable and healthy diet.In a word, self-discipline also lies in whether we are on the diet.
三、每日練字。練字能讓自己很快靜下心。特別是當你真正投入其中的時候,專注你的筆下的每一個字,每一筆畫,其他的事,完全拋之腦後,會自然而然有愉悅的體驗。
Thirdly. Practice writing every day. Practicing calligraphy can make you calm down quickly. Especially when you're really into it, focusing on every word, and every stroke of your pen, when everything else is completely out of your mind,you will feel that it is really a natural and pleasurable experience.
四、堅持讀書。每天至少看書一個小時。看個人成長古今中外的經典。只要是自己喜歡的類型書目。日積月累,五年後你的知識儲備,思想眼界會高於周圍的人。
Fourthly.Keep reading. Read for at least an hour every day. Read the Chinese and foreign classics books ancient and modern about personal growth . As long as they like this type of books,over time, five years from now you will have more knowledge and a higher mental outlook than those around you.
堅持學習英文。每天看英語,可選擇讀原版期刊。五年後你會發現你的格局、大局觀會非常廣闊。
Keep learning English. Read English every day, and you can choose to read the original journals. Five years from now you'll find that your landscape, together wirh your perspective, will be very broad.
五、珍惜時間。每個人的時間都是一樣的,但每個人的人生都不一樣,嚴格要求自己,不浪費一分一秒。時間觀念上加強自律。不沉迷遊戲,是對青春最起碼的尊重,如果你現在深陷其中,開始轉移注意力,慢慢從走出來。
Lastly.Value your time. Everyone's time is the same, but everyone's life is not the same.Be strict with ourselves rather than waste a second's light. Strengthen self-discipline in the concept of time. Don`t be addicted to the game, and it is the basic respect for youth.If you are now immersed in it, start to distract and slowly come out.
一旦走出,後來人生面對再大壓力,都不要再沉溺於此。做到自律且理性,珍惜時間,自律給你更多的真正自由。
Once you're out of it, no matter how much stress you face later in life, stop dwelling on it. Be disciplined and rational. Cherish your time. Self-discipline gives you more real freedom.
人生短暫,人生漫長。人生苦短,眾生皆苦。要有自己喜歡的愛好,體驗生活的魅力,體驗生活的豐富多彩。

Most of the pain in life, work and study comes from lack of self-discipline. Undisciplined life, is often lazy, which makes a person in the face of difficulties very easy to collapse,and even become vulnerable. Sometimes you need to do one thing in your life, and if you don't have the energy to care about the others, then you should have self-discipline left in your life. Self-discipline is the fundamental solution to life's problems as well as life's pain.
