亞馬遜賬號二審詳解(附上申訴模板)

亞馬遜是一個以客戶,也就是以買家為導向的公司。為了能夠給買家以良好的購物環境,平臺希望最大可能地杜絕賣家(大部分為中國賣家)在平臺進行不正當的經營,因此抬高了賣家入駐亞馬遜的門檻。

在這篇文章裡面我們同時提到了申訴需要準備的材料以及一些小技巧,但仍有賣家不知道該如何下手。我們針對此問題特向亞馬遜招商經理做了請教,得以輸出以下申訴郵件模板,希望能夠幫助到還在審核中掙扎的賣家朋友們。

Dear Amazon seller-performance team,

This is a new seller XX Company Limited. My account was suspended right after the business license and ID was submitted to Amazon. We didn’t start to sell any items on Amazon. We are the new seller on Amazon.com and this is our sole account (to be set up) on Amazon.com, we arethe authorized seller of “XX” brand which is the JP based company and JP brand(see the attached authorization letter). Currently, AIDA is selling on distribution (off line) but AIDA and us want to bring this incredible quality products to JP customer on line by Amazon.com.
