這位年輕的“資深”外教老師
Paige BH
Paige BH （6年教齡）
畢業於St.Olaf College
一所位於美國明尼蘇達州的諾斯菲爾德市的頂級文理學院，美國最美大學排名Top10。
她的教學理念：Learn with passion to live with purpose.
Paige老師反覆強調兩個學習宗旨：passion & purpose（熱情和目標）
學習是一個終生的過程。秉持著明確的目標和對學習的熱情，Paige繼續深造，獲得了文學教育碩士學位。如今，她可以更加精確的評估孩子的學習狀態，也形成了自己的動態教學風格。
✔ Paige的教學方法：
“和學生溝通時，我會假設一個前提"ℹ️+1”:某個學生目前的英文水平用“ℹ️”表示，支持他們達到下一個知識增量用“+1”表示，通過進階的方式，不斷加強他們的語言能力。“（When I speak with my students I consider the “input hypothesis i+1” where I meet the student at their current ability level represented by “i”, then support them to reach that next increment of knowledge “+1”, and finally the student makes progress where their language ability is increased. ）
✔ Paige的秘密武器：
“我的電腦旁邊，我有一個筆記本，那裡會記錄每個班級和學生的情況，以便於我推進個性化教學。”（"Next to my computer, I have a notebook where I record each class and each student, so that I can promote personalized teaching."）

最後，想對孩子們說的話
Students will be inspired when they see others learning with passion and living with purpose.
當學生看到別人帶著激情學習，帶著目標生活時，他們會受到鼓舞。
Teachers adapt to meet student needs and assist them in reaching and achieving their fullest potential.
老師應該要適應學生的需要，並幫助發揮和實現他們的最大潛力。
I want you to be able to not only speak well when they are in the classroom but to carry this confidence outside of the classroom.
我希望你們不僅能在課堂上講得很好，在課堂外也能保持自信。
