在商務職場中，常常需要和別人打交道，在非正式場合中閒聊時，我們應該如何正確禮貌應對呢？一起打開視頻來學習下吧！

In this video we're gonna talk about some business small talk.
這個視頻我們一起來聊聊職場中的"small talk"
Now we remember, small talk is just conversations that are not important.
請記住 small talk指的是一些不重要的聊天
They're not about giving a lot of details,
一般不會涉及到一些很細節的東西
It's just easy conversation usually when you don't know what else to talk about.
一般都是些簡單的聊天 當你不知道該聊些什麼的時候
These questions are about business and you can use them at work with a co-worker,
下面要講到的提問是關於工作的 你可以在同事聊天之中使用
you can use it when you meet friends or just when you're having conversations with new people.
也可以在朋友聊天中使用 也可以在結識新朋友時進行使用
It can also be a get to know you kind of question.
也是個可以通過這種提問方式來了解對方的一個問題
And well the first one here would be: How's business?
第一個問題就是詢問對方 How's business? （你的工作怎麼樣）
Or like: How's work?
或者是問 How's work? （意思都是一樣的）
Kind of like that, just "How is your job going?"
也就是問你 工作是否順利
Now remember, you don't care about details. It's just how's business.
記住 不用說的太詳細 大概的工作情況說一下就好
So a positive answer would just be:
一個較正面的回答就是
Business is great. Thank you for asking.
工作很棒 謝謝您的關心
Or I'm having a very good month at my job. No stress.
或者說 這個月工作很好 沒什麼壓力
But then there's also the negative side.
當然現實中並不是這麼完美哈 我們就是舉個例子
How's business?
你的工作如何
But now this is the short one---How's business.
How's business是一個簡短的提問
You can also go with the: What has business been like?
你也這麼提問 What has business been like?（意思是一樣的）
It's kind of this week or last month, very close.
比較強調的是近段時間的工作狀況 這周或上個月等
Same thing--What has business been like.
白板上的兩種問法都是意思一樣的
Now here the answer would probably be something like:
這個問題的答案可以這麼回答
Business has been good.
工作還可以
Business has been not so good.
工作不是很順利
下面我們來看些例子
All right here's some first examples.
這裡是一些針對第一個問題（How's business）的回答
Question is---How's business?
問題是 How's business?
Well you can say---Business is good.
你可以說 工作還不錯
Or you could say---Work is good.
或者你可以說 工作還不錯
Kind of bad right now.
目前有點糟糕
Because it's not always good, sometimes work is not good.
因為工作並不是一帆風順的
Then the other question: What's business been like?
另外一個問題 What's business been like?
You can say: It's been all right.
你可以說 一切都還好
You could say: It's been stressful.
你可以說 壓力挺大的
Or: It's been a good month so far.
又或者說 到目前為止還不錯
All right now let's say you're in a situation, you're not at work,
現在我們假設一個場景 你沒有在工作
you're out to dinner, you're meeting new people,
你在外面和朋友吃飯 你在結識新朋友
and someone asks you how's business.
有人問你最近工作如何
Well maybe you don't want to talk about your job, you want to talk about something else.
可能你不想談論工作 你想談論點別的和工作無關的東西
Well there are easy ways to move on from the question.
有幾種簡單的方法可以幫你轉移話題
Polite ways and easy ways.
簡單又禮貌的方式
So if someone asks you how's business, you can just quickly say:
所以當有人問你工作如何時 你可以快速的回答
It's the same old same old.
還是老樣子
Fast answer, no details and it answers their question but also hints to them, let's talk about something else.
快速回答 沒有細節 在回答了他們的問題同時 也暗示他們 我們可不可以聊點別的
You can also just do the: Business is business.
你可以這樣這樣回答 公事公辦
My business is my business, that's what it is.
我的工作就是我的工作
