那山西和陝西怎麼辦嘞？
“山” “陝”？
“shan”“shan”分不清楚？
愚蠢的歪果仁不會四聲，怪我咯？
辦法肯定是有的
“山西”就是它的漢語拼音“Shanxi”，沒毛病。
而“陝西”在拼音中間有兩個“a”，是“Shaanxi”。

可是為什麼陝西 ( Shaanxi）要雙寫 a，不雙寫 n？

1. “Shaanxi”和“Shanxi”分別是“陝西”和“山西的”漢語發音羅馬字的寫法
2. 韻母 an 的漢語羅馬字的四聲標法，依次為 an（一聲）、arn（二聲）、aan（三聲）、ann（四聲）；
3. 如果雙寫 n 寫為“shannxi”，則音同“善西”。貌似這個發音更有陝西味耶（手動托腮）
因此從音律角度來分析，我們將陝西的英文雙寫a。
