有些患者,剛放了一兩個支架就擔心得不行,整天臥床“靜養”。我就帶他們來參觀我們的康復訓練場所——有很多80多歲高齡的心血管疾病患者在那裡鍛鍊,患者看了後,從此天天腿腳不停、四處遊覽觀光。因此,對於這類患者,醫生要通過科學的評估手段,給予他們開展運動的信心,動員他們養成主動健康的生活方式。當然,運動治療的目的是將患者從水裡拉到岸上,而體育的目的則是讓健康人在岸上“更高、更快、更強”。因此,運動治療的安全性就顯得尤為重要。臨床工作中,有些患者只做了一組動作,肩關節就拉傷了——這是由於醫生沒有對患者的運動素質進行充分的評估。運動治療既要為患者的心臟帶來刺激,又要避免因運動給患者造成額外的損害。運動前只有經過縝密的評估,形成治療方案,才能把握好其中的“火候”。在實踐中,我們通過“心肺運動試驗”採集數據,制定出安全的運動處方,科學準確地指導患者的體能運動保健和運動愛好者的安全訓練以及體能的提升。

運動雖好,但運動強度過大會導致心跳過快,維持時間過長,會加劇動脈硬化。因此,一定要警惕運動疲勞,同時,在鍛鍊前,也一定要重視“後勤保障”。所以我希望心血管疾病患者在保證運動營養的情況下,在醫生許可的情況下,進行適量運動。正確的方法是通過間歇運動鍛鍊心臟。通過間歇刺激,可以提高心臟的能力和適應性,使心臟功能越來越強大

So, can heart disease patients exercise? As a non-medical health intervention, sports training takes the initiative to promote health. In fact, almost all cardiovascular diseases can be treated by exercise, and all patients with cardiovascular diseases should do moderate exercise training.It can be said that exercise therapy and drug therapy are equally important in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

However, exercise is also a "double-edged sword", excessive exercise will also bring harm to cardiovascular health. For example, long-term endurance exercise can increase the volume of the heart,long-term strength training will make the heart muscle more and more fat. In clinical work, some patients only do a group of movements, and the shoulder joint is strained. This is because the doctor has not fully evaluated the patient's motor ability.Exercise therapy should not only stimulate the heart of patients,but also avoid extra damage caused by improper exercise.
