如此幸福的一天。
霧早早散了，我漫步花園。
蜂鳥歇息在忍冬花上。
在這個塵世，我已一無所求。
我知道沒有一個人值得我嫉妒。
我遭受過的一切邪惡，我都已忘記。
想到我曾經是這同一個人並不使我難堪。
在我體內，我沒有感到痛苦。
當我直起身來，看見蔚藍的大海和葉葉船帆。

Have another for fine day!
The inside in the garden stem lives son, morning fog already dissipation,
The hummingbird flies up the flower petal of honeysuckle.
Have no thing me to think sharing for oneself has in the world,
Also have no anyone to deserve me to resent profoundly;
Various miseries that that body is subjected to I forget already,
Still the same old me thought even if also I am embarrassed,
No longer consider body to create a pain,
I start pretty, the front is a blue ocean, ordering white cloth .
董卿說，這是詩人饋贈給自己心靈的禮物。
是啊，這看似清晰簡單的詩句，卻是意味深長...
字裡行間，包含了人生歷盡滄桑之後所獲得的智慧與歡樂，還有力量。
......
這確實是一件饋贈給心靈的禮物...
