近期来的病毒，让大家觉得很恐怖，都宅在家里躲病毒，有些人莫名其妙地中招，专家们也列出了哪些人容易被中招，其中说自己身体健康最重要。你想想你多久没有去运动啦。
当中国病毒严重时，很多国内朋友建议我要多注意，我说我去的很多地方中国人都比较少，所以感染率比较小。
有人告诉我，在美国有一个地方没有中国人，where is it?(我问是什么地方？)，他告诉我说是健身房gym，我想了想，的确是，因为我去的recreation center and pool真的没的见到中国人，去Library时还见到了几个中国人。
想想也是，那些体育项目，在上学的时候因为要考试，所以才去练习，后来工作了，都没有再做这些运动啦。为了能让自己多运动，平时最多的就是走路，另外就是去花园里劳动，2019年我们在广州龙洞的感官花园里专门建了一个迷你高尔夫球场。
