做披萨第一步：揉面团和放披萨酱
So the first thing that we need when making pizza is dough. But how do we make dough?
所以我们做披萨首先需要的是面团。但是我们怎么做面团呢？
We need water, yeast, flour, and just a little bit of baking soda.
我们需要水、酵母、面粉和一点小苏打。
And then once that’s all put together, we need to knead our dough.

We need to need our dough, and then from there, once all of that’s kneaded and all good, then we need to use the rolling pin to roll it all out

Remember when doing this, you can’t make the dough too thin or too thick.

We have to find just the right amount

So we just need to spread it out just a little bit more, but it does not want to agree with me

Also, don’t forger to use your baking sheets, otherwise it will stick to the pan

The next thing that we need to put on is our pizza sauce, and this is just made from tomatoes.

So we‘re gonna scoop on a couple of spoonfuls and spread it out nice and even.

Let's just do a little bit more. Don’t go too close to the edges, otherwise it will spill off of it when you‘re trying to cook later

So now we need to put on cheese. Cheese is the second thing that can make me the happiest, besides pizza

So remember you can put on as much cheese as you want to. Theres no such thing as too much cheese

第二件事：放什么东西在披萨上？
So when making your pizza ,you can do just cheese if you want to, but there’s so many different things that you an put on pizza
所以当你做披萨的时候，如果你想的话，你可以只放奶酪，但是有太多不同的东西，你可以放在披萨上
You can put pepperoni, sausage, ham, green peppers, olives, mushrooms, anything you want really
你可以放意式香肠，香肠，火腿，青椒，橄榄，蘑菇，任何你真正想要的东西
So for my pizza today, im going to use chicken, onions
所以今天我的披萨要用鸡肉，洋葱
So now that everything is prepared with our chicken, and our onions, and chesese, and sauce, and dough, our pizza can finally go in the oven
既然我们的鸡肉、洋葱、芝士、沙司和面团都准备好了，我们的披萨终于可以放进烤箱了
Now we can wait ten to fifteen minutes

when it's done , you can just cut it
