方丹-拉圖爾（Henri Fantin-Latour 1836-1904），法國油畫家和版畫家。最初隨肖像畫家的父親學畫，後在巴黎美術學校聽課。與當時前衛畫家（如庫爾貝、德拉克洛瓦和馬奈）交往密切，但他是傳統學院派畫家，以肖像畫、花卉靜物畫聞名。

他的靜物畫風格類似荷蘭畫派樸素寫實的特點，以日常生活中常見的物品作為描繪的對象，色彩和諧雅緻。

他的作品含有古典學院派的特點，筆觸綿密細緻，色彩沉著諧調，間或也採用馬奈的手法或其他印象主義畫家的技巧作畫，但其畫風始終保持著學院派的完美與典雅，這種特點在他的靜物畫與肖像畫中尤為突出。一般認為方丹 - 拉圖爾是介於浪漫主義與印象主義之間承上啟下的過渡性人物。
