「为什么中国姑娘都那么美？」
看到这个标题，留学君表示，发出了杠铃般的笑声——我说你们这些老外啊，瞎说什么大实话？
回答区也很精彩，老外们清一色地夸赞中国姑娘的高颜值：

I think weight is a big factor. I'm an American, and-- sad to say-- we are a nation of chubby checkers. When I came to China, I was like, "Yikes! Every 3rd or 4th girl is a total babe!" Of course, obesity is on the rise in China, but it's still FAR from as bad as in the States.
我觉得跟体重有很大的关系。我是美国人，美国人都比较胖。我第一次去中国的时候整个人都震惊了：所有30岁、40岁的女士都美得不要不要的！虽然中国的肥胖问题也有些严重，但是跟美国比起来，简直弱爆了。
Also, I think there's a certain amount of attraction to the "exotic." Slightly different skin tone, different eye shape, somewhat different features in general, all add to that "exotic" look for me (as a white guy), and I don't think I'm alone in that perception.
另外，我觉得跟异域风情也有关系。不同的肤色，不同的眼睛形状，不同的特点，都让我这个白人觉得很有异域风情。相信我不是一个人吧？

东亚人由于种族的关系，整体来说都比较纤瘦。虽然很多姑娘经常抱怨自己胖，想减肥，但是她们的身材在西方人，尤其是美国人眼中，都是属于非常非常苗条的。 而且，东亚人除非患有某些疾病，一般再胖也胖不过西方人（没办法，种族优势）。
所以，大家以后不要天天喊着减肥啦！咱们都很美哦~健康才是最重要的。

1) The modern world is greatly influenced by Western ideals of beauty, with beautiful women being (narrowly) characterized by long straight hair, thin frames, and pale skin.
2) Chinese women fit this standard just as easily as do white women.

其实，虽然老外觉得中国姑娘都很美，可是他们心中的“美”跟我们的“美”，在标准上存在根本的差别。下面留学君为大家总结一下：
1. Eyes 眼睛
中国审美： Big eyes, double-fold eyelids. 大眼睛，双眼皮
西方审美：Slim，narrow eyes, single-fold eyelids 细长眼睛，单眼皮
2. Skin 皮肤
中国审美：White skin 白皙的皮肤
西方审美：Tanned Skin 晒黑的皮肤（西方人认为，晒黑证明你常去度假，所以有钱又有闲。）
3. Face shape 脸型
中国审美：Melon seed face or goose egg face 瓜子脸或鹅蛋脸
西方审美：Oval-shaped or square face 椭圆形脸或方形脸（国字脸）
4. Body Shape 身材
中国审美：Slim, slim, slim 瘦瘦瘦
西方审美：Curvy. Bosoms and behinds have to be plump，but the waist must be very thin 有曲线。胸部和臀部大，腰细。
