Set a Goal 设定目标
学生们总是在不停地学习和成长，而且总有改进的空间。所以，你在为学生写评语时至少要设定一个你将在接下来的季度与学生一起完成的具体目标，你可以使用下面的评语来帮助你设目标，例如：
- Your child would benefit from . . .
- This quarter we will be working on . . .
- I would like to see your child work on . . .
- Your child needs to pay closer attention to . . .
- One area for improvement is . . .
Closings 结尾部分
建议老师也以积极的态度结束评价，因为这对学生的信心起到了推动作用。可以让他们知道老师对他们所做的事情感到多么自豪，也让他们知道老师是多么期待即将到来的事情：
- I am so proud of all you have accomplished. Keep up the wonderful things you are doing!
- You are an amazing student, and you truly shine!
- I can hardly wait to see how you impress me during the next quarter!
- You have had a terrific quarter, and I am confident the next one will be even better!

我会经常把我的评论写在一个Word文档里，然后把它保存起来，这样就可以经常回顾。一方面，这有助于唤起我的记忆，而且旧的评论通常能激发出我新的想法。最重要的是，这还可以帮你节省一点时间，帮助你记录学生的成绩。
