A Discrepancy fee of USD50.00 or equivalent thereof is payable by the beneficiary for each drawing presented which does not strictly comply with the terms of this letter of credit and which has to be referred to the applicant.

Unless otherwise specified all documents called for under this letter of credit must be issued in the English language.

Notwithstanding the provision of UCP600, if we give notice of refusal of documents presented under this credit, we shall, however retain the right to accept a waiver of discrepancies from the applicant
and subject to such waiver being acceptable to us, to release documents against that waiver, without reference to the presenter,
provided that not written instructions to the contrary have been received by us from the presenter before the release of the documents,
Any such release prior to receipt of contrary instructions shall not constitue a failure on our part to hold the documents at the presenter's risk and disposal,

儘管有UCP600條款的若干規定， 如果我行發出對本信用證項下所提交的單證拒付通知，我行仍保留接受申請人同意放棄不符點聲明書的權利，
在我行接受本放棄不符點聲明書的前提下，我行將憑此聲明書放單而不再接洽交單人，只要在放單前我行沒有收到交單人的相反書面通知。
在收到相反指示之前的這種放單將不構成我方持有單證由交單人承擔風險和處理的過錯，同時，與本單有關事宜，我行不對交單人承擔任何責任。
