adj. 可疑的；（味道或气味）像鱼的，有鱼腥味的
It means that something makes you suspicious because it seems dishonest or someone is not telling the truth, or something tastes or smells like a fish.
它指的是因某事的不真实或某人没有说实话而让人怀疑，又或指某物尝起来或闻起来有腥味儿。
There's something fishy going on here.
