你“讀懂”英語用的是什麼語言？metamorphose
你學英語要做的是努力訓練出直接用英語理解並記住英語的能力，而不是(為了減輕學習壓力就)通過中文(翻譯後藉助中文)理解記住英語。
當你開始直接用英語理解英語的習慣時，標誌著你的英語才算真正進步了。當你養成直接用英語理解英語的能力時，標誌著你的英語算是真正提高進步了。
metamorphose：
meta-mor-phose
1)本義：
Dad feeds the larvae to his fish before they metamorphose into adults
(of an insect or amphibian) undergo metamorphosis, especially into the adult form.
2)引申義：
1. To change into a wholly different form or appearance; transform:
His eyes turned bloodshot, and he was metamorphosed into a raging fiend.
2. To be changed or transformed:
The man whom he would be if he could become, metamorphose into, the lover, the husband.
2. to change the form or nature of; transform.
3. to undergo or be capable of undergoing a change in form or nature.
還有一個“能力”問題就是：很多人說是學英語，卻不具備直接用英語學英語的能力，只有“轉換”成中文學習他們才會“學懂”英語。
我們可以經常使用下面的英語去“自己跟自己學”英語，同時又訓練自己的英語口語：
1. Okay.I got you.When we say XXX,we can also say YYY.或者：
2. Okay.I got it. XXX means YYY.
這樣一來我們就可以“繞開”中文，直接進入英語了。
讀到上面的英語解釋，我們不需要先翻譯成中文，我們直接“說”英語“理解”metamorphose：
1.Okay.I got you.When we say Something metamorphoses,we can also say Something changes completely,in appearance,or in nature.
2. Okay.I got you.To metamorphise means Ti change completely,to transform,just like an insect changes into adult.
你既是“學”英語(metamorphose)，又是在“用”英語：change into adult,change completely,transform,etc.(這些你學過的英語)。
