用餐改革倡議


中國傳統的用餐形式是多人圍桌進食,不用公筷,大家反覆用各自的筷子夾食同一盤食物。

The traditional Chinese way of dining is that many people eat around the table without public chopsticks, and people repeatedly fetch food from the same plate with their own chopsticks.

這種就餐方式隱藏著巨大的風險,是最不文明的習慣之一,為傳統文化中的糟粕。

This way of dining hides great risks, which is one of the most uncivilized habits, and is the dross of traditional culture.

用筷子夾起食物放入嘴裡,筷子上就沾有唾液,然後又用同一雙筷子去夾食物,病菌病毒就傳播開來。

When you pick up the food with chopsticks and put it in your mouth,saliva is stained on the chopsticks. Then the same pair of chopsticks are used to clip the food, and thus,the germs and viruses spread.

眾人聚餐高談闊論時,難免唾沫飛濺到桌上的食物上和別人的碗筷上。

When people gather for dinner and talk, it is inevitable that saliva will splash onto the food on the table and other people's bowls and chopsticks.

幽門螺桿菌、甲肝、乙肝、流感、肺結核、SARS、新冠病毒等具有極強的傳染性。

Helicobacter pylori, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, influenza, pulmonary tuberculosis, SARS, novel coronavirus and so on are highly contagious.

傳統就餐方式無疑為上述病菌和病毒提供了極佳的傳播途徑。

Undoubtedly the traditional way of eating provides an excellent way to spread the above-mentioned virus and germs.

有數據顯示,我國60%的人是幽門螺旋桿菌感染者。幽門螺旋桿菌可能導致胃癌。

Data show that 60% of the people in our country are infected with helicobacter pylori,which may cause gastric cancer.

為此,提出以下用餐改革倡議:

To this end, the following dining reform initiative is proposed.

1)由政府引導,媒體宣傳,提倡健康、文明的用餐方式。

Guided by the government and publicized by the media, a healthy and civilized way of dining is advocated.

2)用餐使用公筷公勺,聚餐實行“分餐制”(若使用公筷公勺,則不必實行“分餐”)。

The public chopsticks and spoons are used for dining, and the "separate meal system" is implemented for dinner gathering (if the public chopsticks and spoons are used, the "separate meal system”is not necessary).

3)聚餐時不要大聲說話,必須說話時用手將嘴遮擋,以免食物和唾沫噴出。

Don't speak loudly when having a dinner party, and cover your mouth with your hand if you must speak so as to prevent food and saliva from spitting out.

4)養成餐前洗手的習慣。

Develop the habit of washing hands before meals.

5)餐具勤消毒。

The tableware must be disinfected frequently.
