鄒一桂(1686年-1772年)清代官員,畫家。字原褒,號小山,晚號二知老人,江蘇無錫人。雍正五年二甲第一名進士,授翰林院編修。歷官雲南道監察御史、貴州學政、太常寺少卿、大理寺卿、禮部侍郎,官至內閣學士。擅畫花卉,學惲壽平畫法,風格清秀。曾作《百花捲》,每種賦詩,一經進呈,皇上亦賜題絕句百篇,一桂複寫一卷,恭錄御製於每種之前,而書己作於後,藏於家。著有《小山畫譜》、《大雅續稿》。

目前就有這樣一幅鄒一桂的《蟠桃雙鶴圖》展現在國內知名藝術網站上—世紀收藏網。《蟠桃雙鶴圖》畫長105.2㎝;寬47.9㎝,畫面上兩隻丹頂鶴立於青石之上,姿態悠然自得,其生動形象;青石之上祥花瑞草長生,石隙間一株桃樹屈曲蟠覆,碩果累累;陡石之下,朱泉永瀏。畫幅左上方有鄒一桂題詩一首和“臣鄒一桂恭畫”落款,並鈐白篆印章二方,朱篆印章三方,中上方鈐有“乾隆御覽之寶”朱篆印璽一方。

此畫構圖非常簡潔疏朗,筆法練達,設色豔麗而自然,暈染細緻,富有真實感,構成一幅如他題詩中所說“瑤圃仙峰,拔地奇陡,上薄雲霄,下絕塵垢”的人間仙境。此畫作於乾隆十六年(1751年),是年他65歲,正值其繪畫生涯的嫻熟高超時期,當時作者根據麻姑獻壽的傳說,構思了這幅瑤圃、蟠桃、仙鶴集一體的圖,以此來祝福皇帝長生不老。
