邹一桂(1686年-1772年)清代官员,画家。字原褒,号小山,晚号二知老人,江苏无锡人。雍正五年二甲第一名进士,授翰林院编修。历官云南道监察御史、贵州学政、太常寺少卿、大理寺卿、礼部侍郎,官至内阁学士。擅画花卉,学恽寿平画法,风格清秀。曾作《百花卷》,每种赋诗,一经进呈,皇上亦赐题绝句百篇,一桂复写一卷,恭录御制于每种之前,而书己作于后,藏于家。著有《小山画谱》、《大雅续稿》。

目前就有这样一幅邹一桂的《蟠桃双鹤图》展现在国内知名艺术网站上—世纪收藏网。《蟠桃双鹤图》画长105.2㎝;宽47.9㎝,画面上两只丹顶鹤立于青石之上,姿态悠然自得,其生动形象;青石之上祥花瑞草长生,石隙间一株桃树屈曲蟠覆,硕果累累;陡石之下,朱泉永浏。画幅左上方有邹一桂题诗一首和“臣邹一桂恭画”落款,并钤白篆印章二方,朱篆印章三方,中上方钤有“乾隆御览之宝”朱篆印玺一方。

此画构图非常简洁疏朗,笔法练达,设色艳丽而自然,晕染细致,富有真实感,构成一幅如他题诗中所说“瑶圃仙峰,拔地奇陡,上薄云霄,下绝尘垢”的人间仙境。此画作于乾隆十六年(1751年),是年他65岁,正值其绘画生涯的娴熟高超时期,当时作者根据麻姑献寿的传说,构思了这幅瑶圃、蟠桃、仙鹤集一体的图,以此来祝福皇帝长生不老。
