碳纖維複合材料因其優異的機械性能、防腐性、可設計性等表現,一直以來都頗受汽車製造商的青睞。自寶馬在其i系列車型成功使用碳纖維複合材料後,行業對於這一“黑色黃金”材料的應用研究也在不斷髮展。隨著國內前途K50和蔚來ES6兩款量產碳纖維複合材料部件車型的亮相,讓車用碳纖維在自主品牌車型上再一次華麗綻放。與此同時,碳纖維複合材料的應用範圍也不斷擴展。從車身、內外飾系統向底盤、動力總成系統延伸;從外覆蓋件材料向結構件材料或結構增強材料延伸。然而,碳纖維的批量化應用還面臨著成本、生產週期、成熟的工藝體系、有效的材料回收工藝等方面的問題。需要在解決材料、設計、回收等技術問題的同時,逐步完善相應技術體系和應用標準的建設,同時還需要建立涵蓋碳纖維原絲、樹脂、複合材料成型工藝及設備、結構設計、檢測與評價、材料回收與再利用等全面的成熟的穩定的產業供應鏈。這無疑需要全行業產業鏈的共同努力和進步。

However, the batch application of carbon fiber also faces problems in terms of cost, production cycle, mature process system, and effective material rECOvery process. It is necessary to gradually improve the construction of the corresponding technical system and application standards while solving technical problems such as materials, design, and recycling. At the same time, it is also necessary to establish a comprehensive mature and stable industrial sUPply chain covering carbon fiber strands, resins, molding equipment, structural design, testing and evaluation, material recycling and reuse.
