碳纤维复合材料因其优异的机械性能、防腐性、可设计性等表现,一直以来都颇受汽车制造商的青睐。自宝马在其i系列车型成功使用碳纤维复合材料后,行业对于这一“黑色黄金”材料的应用研究也在不断发展。随着国内前途K50和蔚来ES6两款量产碳纤维复合材料部件车型的亮相,让车用碳纤维在自主品牌车型上再一次华丽绽放。与此同时,碳纤维复合材料的应用范围也不断扩展。从车身、内外饰系统向底盘、动力总成系统延伸;从外覆盖件材料向结构件材料或结构增强材料延伸。然而,碳纤维的批量化应用还面临着成本、生产周期、成熟的工艺体系、有效的材料回收工艺等方面的问题。需要在解决材料、设计、回收等技术问题的同时,逐步完善相应技术体系和应用标准的建设,同时还需要建立涵盖碳纤维原丝、树脂、复合材料成型工艺及设备、结构设计、检测与评价、材料回收与再利用等全面的成熟的稳定的产业供应链。这无疑需要全行业产业链的共同努力和进步。
