-ed 後綴
後綴–ed結尾的形容詞 (如interested，delighted,excited等) 通常用於形容人，以及人的情緒情感。
當它們修飾事物時，指的是與該事物有關的人，-ed 後的名詞通常能夠顯示人的情感狀況。
例如， a pleased smile 滿意的微笑，a bored expression厭倦的表情。
例句：
We were all excited by the news.
我們都為這消息感到興奮。

綜上所述，如果你說"I'm boring"，意思是“我這個人很無趣、很沒意思、惹人煩。”（千萬不要這樣說自己噢，七哥不允許~）

說自己很無聊、沒事做，自己感到無趣，是應該用 I'm bored 來表示的。
