The level of urbanization has risen by an annual average of 1.2 percentage points, and more than 80 million people who have moved from rural to urban areas have gained permanent urban residency.
注意：提高“了”和提高“到”是有區別的，提高“了”用by, 提高“到”用to，所以這裡面risen後面用了by。
此外，“成為城鎮居民”這裡沒有直譯，而是說成：gain permanent urban residency,這樣可以表達出深層含義，也就是並非只住在城鎮生活，而是有了城鎮戶口。
