繼續關注英國各地疫情變化。
23日，英國採取了嚴格的隔離措施，規定所有超過兩個人的公共集會都被禁止，這意味著包括婚禮和洗禮在內的所有社交活動都被禁止。數以萬計的非必需品商店被勒令關閉。公園內的公共遊戲和運動區域也將關閉，但公園本身不會關閉。除主持葬禮外，教堂和清真寺等禮拜場所也必須關閉。此外，道路、火車和公共汽車也被禁止通行，除非必須上班。任何違反規定的人將被處以至少30英鎊的罰款，如果他們未能自我隔離，將被處以最高1000英鎊的罰款。
從媒體的報道上看，英國的街上大部分已經變得冷冷清清，看得出禁令產生了很大的約束力。
希望英國民眾能夠認真遵守隔離令，也希望隔離能夠儘快阻斷疫情的傳播。
約翰遜表示，當前，英國疫情形勢嚴峻，英方正在研究借鑑中方有益經驗，採取科學有效防控措施。英方感謝中方提供的寶貴支持和幫助，將盡力照顧好在英中國公民特別是留學生的健康和安全。
人類是個命運共同體。疫情面前，我們期望中英兩國加強合作，共同戰勝疫情，保障在英留學生安全。

根據英國衛生部公佈的數據，3月24日英國疫情如下：
一、總體情況
截至2020年3月24日上午9時，共檢測了90，436人，其中82，359人確認為陰性，8，077人確認為陽性。在英國，422名被檢測出冠狀病毒(COVID-19)呈陽性的患者已經死亡。
此前一天，英國公佈的檢測總人數為83，945人。一天以來檢測了6491人。
