做出來的PVC管材硬度達不到,該怎麼改善?主要從原材料、配方方面考慮。具體見下:

1、填充料(鈣粉)的沉澱體積最好在2.6-3.0以內。要硬度和撕裂強度兩個性能兼顧,鈣粉儘量不超過25份。另外,可以再摻入適量的納米鈣來提高強度;

The precipitation volume of filler (calcium powder) shuld be within 2.6- 3.0 . To hardness and tear strength of both properties, calcium powder as far as possible not more than 25. In addtion, nano-calcium can be added to increase the strength.

2、穩定劑選擇很重要。穩定劑(鉛鹽穩定劑、鈣鋅穩定劑等)要有良好的熱穩定性能,並且內外潤滑平衡穩定。不能使用過便宜的穩定劑,差

Stabilizer selection is important.Stabilizer(lead salt stabilizers,calcium zinc stabilizers,etc.) should have good thermal stability, and internal and external lubrication balance stability.You can’t use cheap stabilizers.

3、如果穩定性不夠可以少量補償金屬皂類;

4、CPE用量不能太大,CPE用量過多會影響管子的硬度;CPE要選用分子量大,且氯含量標準,不超35%,且不殘留的;

CPE dosage should not be too large ,too much CPE will affect the pipe hardness;CPE should be selected with high molecular weight and standard chlorinecontent,no more than 35%,and no residual;

5、潤滑劑不能用太差的,必須好,外滑最差用到PE臘。用量總和為1.5份左右,不能太多,這樣當產品遇到外力的時候變形時候,PVC分子鏈連接不容易遭遇到破壞;

Lubricants should not be too bad,must be good,the worst external slip using PE wax.The total amount is adout 1.5,not too much,so that when the product meets external forces when deformation.PVC molecular chain connection is not easy to encounter damage;

6、改性方面可以選擇CPE+ACR體系,ACR+MABS體系,或者CPE+MABS體系。

In terms of modification,CPE+ACR system,ACR+MABS system or CPE+MABS system can be selected.

7、 鈦白粉會影響撕裂強度,要選用細的。
