做出来的PVC管材硬度达不到,该怎么改善?主要从原材料、配方方面考虑。具体见下:

1、填充料(钙粉)的沉淀体积最好在2.6-3.0以内。要硬度和撕裂强度两个性能兼顾,钙粉尽量不超过25份。另外,可以再掺入适量的纳米钙来提高强度;

The precipitation volume of filler (calcium powder) shuld be within 2.6- 3.0 . To hardness and tear strength of both properties, calcium powder as far as possible not more than 25. In addtion, nano-calcium can be added to increase the strength.

2、稳定剂选择很重要。稳定剂(铅盐稳定剂、钙锌稳定剂等)要有良好的热稳定性能,并且内外润滑平衡稳定。不能使用过便宜的稳定剂,差

Stabilizer selection is important.Stabilizer(lead salt stabilizers,calcium zinc stabilizers,etc.) should have good thermal stability, and internal and external lubrication balance stability.You can’t use cheap stabilizers.

3、如果稳定性不够可以少量补偿金属皂类;

4、CPE用量不能太大,CPE用量过多会影响管子的硬度;CPE要选用分子量大,且氯含量标准,不超35%,且不残留的;

CPE dosage should not be too large ,too much CPE will affect the pipe hardness;CPE should be selected with high molecular weight and standard chlorinecontent,no more than 35%,and no residual;

5、润滑剂不能用太差的,必须好,外滑最差用到PE腊。用量总和为1.5份左右,不能太多,这样当产品遇到外力的时候变形时候,PVC分子链连接不容易遭遇到破坏;

Lubricants should not be too bad,must be good,the worst external slip using PE wax.The total amount is adout 1.5,not too much,so that when the product meets external forces when deformation.PVC molecular chain connection is not easy to encounter damage;

6、改性方面可以选择CPE+ACR体系,ACR+MABS体系,或者CPE+MABS体系。

In terms of modification,CPE+ACR system,ACR+MABS system or CPE+MABS system can be selected.

7、 钛白粉会影响撕裂强度,要选用细的。
