高壓鍋使用安全很重要，無論國內或國外的高壓鍋，研究說明書，謹慎操作必不可少。
（1）務必嚴格按照本高壓鍋使用說明進行操作。

Keep the pressure cooker with much care so as not to knock it at hard things nor cause t component parts to knock with each other lest the close sealing nature of the pressure cooker should be damaged. Any damage of this nature will cause the pressure cooker to go out of its function.
（9）首次使用新鍋時，應在橡膠墊圈的連接處塗上少量食用油，以減少摩擦力，方便合蓋。
At the first time using the new cooker a small quantity of the food oil should be painted on the connecting part of rubber gasket, in order to reduce the rubbing force and cover it conveniently.
（10） 特別注意，鍋內有蒸汽壓時，嚴禁打開鍋蓋。易熔片壓力閥上嚴禁放置任何物品。
Mind specifically, don't open the cover while there is steam pressure inside and nothing is allowed to place on the fusible plug pressure valve.
