在瑪莎拉蒂Quattroporte總裁的歷史上，並未推出過旅行版的車型，但這並不妨礙旅行版車的愛好者擁有一輛旅行版的瑪莎拉蒂總裁，尤其是但你很有錢的時候，來自英國的一個瑪莎拉蒂車迷就通過1500個小時的手工改造，將一臺2015年生產的Quattroporte總裁改裝為旅行版車型，改裝後的車型被命名為Cinqueporte。在2008年到2010年，Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera基於上一代的瑪莎拉蒂Quattroporte生產了四臺定製版的旅行車Bellagio Fastback，屬於非常稀有的車型。而這位英國車迷手工改裝的Cinqueporte，以Bellagio Fastback為靈感，在完成手工改裝後，這款右舵的瑪莎拉蒂Quattroporte總裁旅行版，正在英國汽車經銷商Autostorico出售。
