近日，我司陸續收到關於我司是否參與沃茲幣投資的相關問詢，為避免公眾產生誤解，特此聲明如下：
1、我司與沃茲幣及其發行主體不存在任何關係，從未參與任何數字貨幣或虛擬貨幣投資的相關業務。
2、任何個人或組織不得冒用我司名義進行包括宣傳、合作洽談、數字貨幣或虛擬貨幣買賣交易等在內的各類行為，否則我司將保留依法追究侵權者法律責任的權利。
3、我司嚴格遵守中國相關法律法規，秉持開放態度和務實精神，願與全球區塊鏈科技公司交流合作，促進區塊鏈行業健康發展，推動區塊鏈技術的創新和應用。

Tusdao (Tus Data Asset)， Never Participated in Any Digital Currency Investment
To whom it may concern:
Recently, our company has received relevant inquiries about whether we participate in the investment of the project EFFORCE and its token WOZX. To avoid any misunderstanding, we hereby declare as follows:
1. Tusdao has no relationship with WOZX and its issuer, and has never participated in any business related to the investment and issuance of digital currency or virtual currency.
2. No individual or organization shall use our company's name to conduct activities including External Publicity, Cooperation Negotiation, Digital Currency or Virtual Currency Investment and Trading,etc.We will reserve the right to investigate the legal liability of the infringement according to law.
3. Tusdao strictly abides by relevant Chinese laws and regulations.
