針對近期新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，陝西省已於1月25日啟動了重大突發公共衛生事件一級響應，省委、省政府高度重視，統一部署，各項疫情防控工作有序展開。在此，我們向在陝的各位外籍人士提出如下倡議：
To cope with the pneumonia outbreak caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Shaanxi Province launched the highest-level (Level I) response to major public health emergencies on January 25, 2020. The CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee and the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province have attached high importance to the issue and has made concerted and coordinated prevention and control efforts. The Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province hereby sends the following messages to the foreign nationals living and traveling in Shaanxi：
최근 신종 코로나바이러스 감염병으로인해 섬서성은 1월25일에 최고 수준의 공중보건 대응을 발동했습니다. 삼서성당위원회,섬서성정부는 전염병예방과 통제에 대해 매주 중요시하고 이에 따라 섬서성에 거주하고 있는 외국인들에게 다음과 같이 제의합니다.
（一）做好自我防護
保持良好的個人衛生習慣，咳嗽、打噴嚏時務必使用紙巾或肘部捂住口鼻，注意勤洗手。外出時佩戴醫用防護口罩，廢棄口罩規範投放。注意居所衛生，適當開窗通風。避免接觸任何野生動物或禽類動物，減少生冷食物攝入，食用熟食，多喝熱水。
1.Keep good personal hygiene
Please keep good personal hygiene habits. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or flexed elbow when coughing or sneezing. Clean hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub. Please wear a surgical mask when going out and dispose the used mask to the designated garbage bin. Please keep the room clean and open the window for fresh air from time to time. Please avoid unprotected contact with wild or farm animals. Cut eating cold and under-cooked food. Have thoroughly cooked food and drink more hot water.
(1) 자기방호 잘하기좋은 개인 위생습관을 유지하고 기침, 재채기 시에는 반드시 티슈나 팔꿈치로 입과 코를 막고 손을 자주 씻어야 합니다. 외출 시 의료용 마스크를 착용하고 폐기된마스크를규정에 따라 버려야 합니다. 거소의 위생에 주의하여 창문을 적절하게 열고 환기를 시키야 합니다.모든야생동물이나 조류동물과의 접촉을 피하고, 날것과 찬 음식 섭취를 줄이고, 익힌 음식을 먹고, 뜨거운 물을 많이 마셔야 합니다.
（二）減少外出活動
儘量不要外出，避免前往人員密集場所，暫停聚會聚餐等群體性活動。
2.Reduce or avoid outdoor activities
Please avoid crowded areas, and cancel parties, group dinners and other group activities.
2 외출 줄리기
되도록 외출을 줄리고, 인원이 많이 모이는 장소에 가지 말고 회식 등 단체 활동을 잠시 중단해야 합니다.
（三）不適及時就診
若出現發熱、咳嗽、胸悶、乏力等症狀，第一時間佩戴醫用防護口罩到陝西省各地定點醫療機構就診。
3.Check your health condition regularly
Please measure your body temperature on a regular basis. When such symptoms as fever, cough, difficulty in breathing, or general weakness occur, please wear a surgical mask and seek medical care right away at designated hospitals in Shaanxi province.
(3) 제때에 진료하기발열,기침,가슴이답답하고 무기력등증상이 발생되면, 의료용 보호 마스크를 착용하고 섬서성 각지의 지정의료기구에 가서 진료를 받아야 합니다.
（四）參加聯防聯控
如果近期曾赴訪疫情高發地區，或接觸過這些地區的來陝人員，請第一時間電話向當地指定醫院或外事部門報告，同時要密切注意身體狀況，多居家休息，少外出活動。當政府、社區和醫療機構人員做疫情防控登記詢問時，請予以理解支持並配合做好工作。
4.Be responsible and cooperative
In case of recent visit to affected areas or having contact with people from these areas, please report to the designated local hospitals or foreign affairs officeby phone as early as possible. Then heed personal health more, stay at home for ample rest and reduce outdoor activities. Please support and cooperate with the government, community or medical staff for health information inquiries and collection.
(4) 전염병연계방어 공조에 참여하기최근에 전염병발생지역을 방문하거나, 또는 이들 지역의 내섬서성 인원을 접촉하였을 경우, 전화로현지 지정 병원이나 정부대외부서에 보고하고 몸상태를주의하여, 숙소에서 휴식을 취하며, 외출 활동을 삼가해야 합나다. 정부, 아파트관리사무소, 의료 기관 직원들이 전염병 발생에 대한 방제 등록 문의를 할 때 이를 이해하고 지지하며 업무를 잘 수행하도록 협조해야 합니다.
(五）及時關注權威信息發佈
請關注陝西省人民政府辦公廳“陝西發佈”微信公眾號、陝西省衛健委官方網站等，獲取新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方權威信息通報，並瞭解陝西省各地救治定點醫院信息和聯繫方式、有關疫情防控措施以及重要通知通告等，也可致電陝西衛生健康熱線（029）12320瞭解相關信息。
5.Follow the latest updates from the authorities
Please follow the WeChat account of Shaanxi People’s Government “Shaanxi Release”, or the news on the official website of Shaanxi Provincial Health Commission to obtain the latest updates of the disease, information of designated hospitals for patients with the novel coronavirus, preventive measures, and important notices. You may also call the hotline of Shaanxi Provincial Health Commission at (029)12320 for relevant information.
(5) 공식 권위있는 전염병 관련정보 주목하기섬서성인민정부판공청“섬서 발포”위챗 공식 계정과 섬서성위생 건강위원회 공식 홈페이지등을 통해 신종관상 바이러스 감염에 대한 공식 권위 있는 정보를 입수하고 섬서성 각지의 지정치료병원 정보 및 연락처, 감염방지 조치 및 중요통지통보 등을 파악할 수 있습니다. 또한 섬서성 위생건강 핫라인(029) 12320에 전화를 걸어 관련 정보를 알아 볼 수 있습니다.
